Where can I store my bike?
We have bike racks in the front of the house on the public road. It is important to carry a lock with you. These racks are monitored (video surveillance).
It is not uncommon for us to have 10 to 15 bikes in front. Capestang is a quiet village. Hundreds of bikes have stopped at our place without any problem.
It will not be possible to bring your bike inside or in your room. We also do not have a shelter or a garden available.
Where to park my car?
Street parking is free in Capestang. There are five parking spots located right in front of the house. No worries: even if those five are already taken, you won’t be in any rush to drop your luggage! Slow tourism at its best.
There is always space to park three to four motorcycles in front of the house.
Can I come with my pet?
Due to allergies, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets inside the house.
What about bringing food to my room?
A full table service menu is available daily.
Out of service times, our dining room is at your disposal for food consumption. Please refrain from eating in your room.
I need a transfer: airport, train station, next destination etc.
We offer transfers for up to 8 people. Quote on request. Reservation required. Reservation required.
Check-in & check-out time?
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrival possible until 23:00 on request.
Check-out is expected before 11:00am. Late departure on request.
Please inform us in case of late arrival or departure.
I am attending a wedding, can I arrive earlier
Many of our visitors are from weddings at Domaine de l’Ale or neighboring properties. We will welcome you with pleasure.
If you wish to arrive early to unload your luggage and change clothes, please add a comment in the notes of your reservation.
We will do our best to allow you to arrive as early as possible: as cleaning starts at 11:00, it is unlikely that all 5 rooms will be available by 13:00 🙂
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00am to 10:00am.
I have a food intolerance!
We are prepared to accommodate coeliacs and lactose intolerant guests. Please let us know your intolerance at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
We offer discounts for stays of 3 days or more booked in direct.
